Abstract: This study explores the implementation of STEAM education in early childhood settings to foster creativity, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary learning among young children in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. The objective is to investigate effective strategies and curriculum models that integrate STEAM disciplines into preschool education. Employing a qualitative research design, data is collected through interviews with educators, curriculum specialists, and STEM/STEAM experts. Purposive sampling ensures representation from stakeholders involved in STEAM education initiatives. A case study approach examines a local preschool renowned for its innovative STEAM curriculum and pedagogical approaches. Findings suggest that STEAM integration enhances problem-solving skills, collaboration, and early interest in STEM disciplines. Recommendations emphasize developing age-appropriate STEAM activities, providing professional development for educators in STEAM pedagogy, and fostering partnerships with STEM industries to enrich early childhood learning experiences.
